### ๐ฆ AUTOMATIC STORAGE SYSTEMS + MEGA CHESTS ๐ฆ
Sorry in advance for this wall of text - please read it carefully to avoid questions afterward that are already answered in this announcement. It's worth it, because...
...aren't you tired of sorting your items by hand?! No more of that!\
Our custom Automatic Storage System does it for you! โค๏ธ
#### โจ How it works
Every storage system has **one input chest** and up to **100 linked chests** within a **500 block radius**.\
Simply throw your items into the **input chest**, and the system will instantly move every item into the correct linked chest.
Every player can create at least one storage system.\
The higher your premium rank, the more systems you can create.
#### ๐ Chest Filters
The best part is the **built in filtering system**.\
Before linking a chest to your storage system, simply place the items you want that chest to accept inside it.
So, for example, a chest that **contains** only Oak logs will only **receive** Oak logs from the automatic system. It also works with multiple item types!
You can still add/update filters after the system is created, by the way.\
Simply update the chest's content, hop into edit mode and unlink and link the chest.
#### ๐ฆ Overflow Chests
Don't want a filter? Just leave the chest **completely empty** before linking it.\
Empty linked chests accept any item that doesn't fit into one of your filtered chests, making them perfect as overflow storage or anything that does not need its own chest.
#### ๐ Chest Shop Support
You can also connect your **Chest Shops** to your Automatic Storage System, allowing them to work seamlessly together.
#### ๐ฅ๏ธ Storage Menu
Players have access to **/storage**, which opens a convenient menu where you can:
* View your storage statistics
* See how many storage systems you own
* See how many storage systems your rank allows
* View all your storage systems
* Teleport directly to any input chest
* Edit or delete your storage systems
Don't worry, dear Bedrock users โ every feature is also available through commands.

**1)** First, prepare your storage room by putting filter items into your storage chests. Leave chests empty if you want them to act as overflow chests.\

# How to Play play.mineseed.org Interested in playing on Mineseed but not sure how? Follow the instructions below! ### If you have a Java account... #### Step 1: Open Minecraft and click play game. Open Minecraft and change your game version to 1.21.11 for best performance (but the server is compatible on the latest release as well!)

| Once you are in the selected /rtp menu, left click on the grass block and go through the menu to pick which biome you'd like to go to. You can clear a previously selected biome by right clicking on the block. | You can also decide whether you do or do not want to teleport into water. This is helpful if you're looking for a water biome, or a biome that may have a lot of water in it. |
Once you have made your selection, click the red [๐ซ](https://emojipedia.org/prohibited)to go back and click the overworld grass block to teleport!
These same instructions can be followed with the right button in the main **/rtp** window to select a biome in the resource world (only with [Dragon rank](/mineseed/store/premium-ranks)). If that biome does nto exist in the resource world, then it will say that it cannot teleport you.

# Claiming Land
/kit claim
You can randomly travel to leave **/spawn** with **/wild** or **/rtp** Once you find where youโd like to live, make sure you **/sethome** and use **/kit claim** so you can claim your base space (this keeps people from stealing or griefing from you).
If you land in a place that you canโt escape, do **/trapped** or return to **/spawn**
## **How to Claim**
We advise that you do not build within 150-200 blocks from the nearest base. To check what is around you, you can do /**gnear** to see the claims near where you are, and you can do /**gtoggle** to see red particles that show you where their claim may end. If you are not sure even after using these commands, please reach out to a staff member to help!
Once you find where youโd like to live, make sure you /**sethome** and use /**kit claim** so you can claim your base space (this keeps people from stealing from you). To claim, check out [bit.ly/mcgpuser](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VDsjXB-BaE0\&list=PL6diNfcl9_VzUvUvQWrDsQfYoSs3Oizly\&index=2). Use the golden shovel, and click where you want one corner of your base, and then immediately go to the diagonal/opposite corner of your base, and click with the gold shovel again. Your base will be the rectangular space!

**/kit claim** can be claimed multiple times, but it does have a cooldown.

To claim, use the golden shovel that comes with /**kit claim**, and click where you want one corner of your base, and then immediately go to the diagonal/opposite corner of your base, and click with the gold shovel again. Your base will be the rectangular space! Bases need to be at least 100 blocks (10x10 square).
Put a sign on a chest (without crouching) to automatically make your chest private so no one but you and other people you put on the chest can open it
If you do /**claim** while holding the gold shovel, it will also create a claim around you that is 11x11 blocks.
You can extend your claim by holding the gold shovel, clicking on a corner of your existing base, and clicking on a new block where you want the new corner to be. Your base will automatically resize to that new corner as long as you have the claim blocks for it.
Another way to extend your claim is to stand in your claim, hold the gold shovel, and face the direction you are extending. Then, do /**extendclaim #,** where the **#** represents how many blocks you want to extend your claim (for example: /extendclaim 10 will expand your entire claim 10 blocks in the direction you're facing).
Note that if you do not have enough claim blocks, it will not let you create or extend your claim.
### Private Chests
For any container (chests, barrels, shulker boxes, furnaces, dispensers, etc.), put a sign on the block. You should not crouch--it will automatically add the sign. It will automatically add \[Private] and your line on the second line. You can add others' names to the container to give them access--just add their player names to the 3rd and 4th lines.

| /abandonclaim | Removes the claim that you are standing in (and only that one) |
| /abandonallclaims | Removes all your claims (you will need to type it again in the chat box to confirm) |
| /subdivideclaim | Changes your claim settings so you can separate your claim into different sections with different /trust permissions |
| /restrictsubclaim | The subclaim's permissions will no longer inherit from the parent claim |
| /basicclaims | Changes your claim settings from subdivisions to normal claim settings |
| /claimexplosions | Turns on TNT and explosion effects on only your claim |

### Chat Colors
In the Mineseed chat, you can customize your chat color once you unlock from many choices! Type the command **/chatcolor** to open the menu. Pick from a variety, or create your own in the [Mineseed store](https://store.mineseed.org). Other colors can be won through crates (including the daily rewards crate).

### Tags
Tags appear after your username. In this example, estherium's tag is \[แด
แดแดแดสษชษดษข]. You can equip unlocked tags by doing **/tags**. You can win custom tags by winning build competitions. Other tags can be won through crates, the [soul shop](/mineseed/souls-and-the-soul-shop), the [token shop](/mineseed/events-and-the-token-shop), and more.
Examples of some wings in the game.
In the chat window, you will be directed to write the name of your warp in chat. Just type the name of your warp. You do not need any commands. It will not send it as a message to everyone. **Just type the name of your warp into the chat window**.
Once you do this, you will be prompted to confirm warp creation (and get charged $25K). Clicking the green button will send you a notification in chat:
You can then return to the /**warps** red bed window. Your warp will now appear in one of the blocks above the crafting table. Hover over the warp to confirm the name, and click on it to manage the warp settings.
* **ender pearl**: teleport to your warp location
* **red/lime shulker box**: *publicity setting*: clicking on this will make your warp public so anyone can visit, or private so only allowed players can visit it. If your warp is public, the shulker box will be lime green
* **paper**: *warp sharing*: this will allow you to share your warp with specific players. This is really only useful if your warp publicity setting is set to private (**red shulker box**)
* **nametag**: *warp renaming*: this will let you change the name of your warp. You can do this by writing the new name for your warp in the chat. You may need to leave the gui window to get to the chat window. If successful, the chat window will show you a confirmation message
* **eye of ender**: *warp relocate*: this will let you move where your warp takes players. It is great if you are trying to move your warp location to a completely different place
* **enchanting table**: *warp type*: this will let you set the type of warp. This is really useful if your warp is public. The options are:
* lime dye: public (generic/not defined)
* chest: shop
* bottle of enchanting: grinder
* firecracker: attraction
* red bed: town
* wheat: farm
* [๐ซ](https://emojipedia.org/prohibited): Delete your warp (**We recommend that you do not do this! You can always make your warp private and rename/relocate it! Don't waste your money!)**
# Create A Sign Shop

# Start a Town?
Mineseed does not have any server-driven towns, but you and your friends are welcome to start a town, and even make your town members into a team!
Since towns do contradict some of the server's rules and recommendations, we do have some notes to create the best gameplay within the server's [rules](/mineseed/rules-and-information#in-game) and capabilities.
Some guidelines include:
* Determine 1 person who will [claim the land](/mineseed/claiming-land#how-to-claim) in which your town will exist.
* The town leader (land claimer) should claim all land that the town will exist within.
* The town leader (land claimer) can provide both /**trust** AND /**permissiontrust** to players that can also give permission to build or access the main claim.
* The town leader (land claimer) should create subdivisions in the land claim that your townsfolks can live within. You can create subdivisions by holding the gold shovel from /kit claim and typing /subdivideclaim before re-claiming within the already-claimed land. You will know if you're doing it right because subdivisions use iron blocks and white wool to provide the lines (normal claims use gold blocks and glowstone).
* You can use claim flags to have people buy into the town vs ask you for permission (also is helpful if you're not online to give subclaims to new townsfolk) โ **/setclaimflag buysubclaim**
* If your townsfolk become inactive, the town owner (as the land claimer) can remove /trust and the subclaim to police the town without staff intervention.
Other important notes:
* If you choose to create a town where each town member creates their own claim, your town will be subject to the [**server's guidelines**](https://docs.mineseed.org/mineseed/faq-how-do-i.../get-a-claim-near-mine-moved) if you need to have one of the claims in your town unclaimed.

# Teleport around
/rtp
The simplest way to teleport around the world is to use **/wild** or **/rtp**.
With the warlock and dragon rank, you can select specific biomes to teleport to. [Read the instructions on that here](/mineseed/about-the-worlds#there-are-many-worlds-in-mineseed).
If you're on bedrock or you prefer to type full commands, try
* /rtp teleport survival NAME\_OF\_BIOME
* /rtp teleport resource\_world NAME\_OF\_BIOME
# Claim Land?
Make sure to do **/kit claim** and check out our [**Claims page**](/mineseed/claiming-land#how-to-claim)!
# Get a claim near mine moved?
On Mineseed, we recommend building your base at least 200 blocks away from the nearest claim. You can check this by doing /**gnear**, which will list all the claims near where you are, and /**gtoggle** which will show you red particles where claim edges exist.
**Claims will only be removed if your claim was there first. First come, first served.**
If someone does still build around you, there are some options:
1. Kindly ask the player to move their base, since you were there first. Please ask a staff member to help if you cannot be kind. We do not tolerate toxicity.
2. If the base is claimed, please open a [**discord** ](https://discord.com/invite/mineseed)ticket in #support and provide your username, the coordinates of the claim in question, and who it belongs to.
An admin will take a look at your ticket and use the following to determine eligibility for removal of the claim:
* **Is the claim impeding your ability to immediately expand your claim?** If your base has 3 other sides that are completely unclaimed that you could expand, why is the specific side that includes the base needing to be removed?
* **Is the claim empty?** If yes, an admin will check to see how long it has been claimed, how big it is, if it's really empty (sometimes people build sky bases or cave bases), when the owner of the claim has last been online, and if they have a home set at the claim to determine if it can be removed.
* **Is the claim abandoned?** We define an abandoned claim as when a player has not been online for 90 days to visit their base. If your base was there first, and the player HAS abandoned their claim, then there is a high probability that the base will be removed.
If these criteria are not met, we will address the each situation on a case by case basis.
# Get Back to My Claim
Maybe you accidentally met your end to a skeleton or zombie. Or you thought that beds set a spawn point in the SMP. Either way, you are not able to find your home! Did you /**sethome** ? # Get more claim blocks?
There are many ways to get claim blocks on Mineseed.
1. Do **/wb** = 50 blocks per person\
(welcome back people who join the server)
2. Do **/welcome** = 100 blocks per person\
(welcome people who join the server for the first time)
3. /rewards = 1,250 blocks daily with extra bonuses at the end of each week)
4. **actively play** gain up to 200 blocks a day\
(afk or idling does not count!)
5. Use a claim voucher:\
\- available in **/soul shop** as a part of the rotation (voucher for 250 blocks, with a total of 15 vouchers each time it's in the rotation)\
\- available in the daily rewards crate (voucher for up to 1,000 blocks)\
\- available from the daily rewards crate villager at **/warp crates** (35 daily reward coins for a voucher for up to 10,000 blocks)
6. Win 3rd place in the **/weeklychallenge** (5,000 blocks)
7. Place in a build competition (from 5,000 blocks and up)
8. Buy blocks with IRL money in [**/store**](http://store.mineseed.org)

# Buy Custom Heads
You can get custom heads to help spruce up builds, change your appearance, and more. The head database can be accessed at /**hdb** or /**heads**. It is available to anyone with the Druid premium rank and above. You can purchase the Druid rank permanently from our [store ](https://store.mineseed.org/category/ranks)or temporarily through the mineseed shop /**msm** on the server.
Once you complete the /heads command, it will open a gui with a categorized library of heads that you can choose from different alpha/number options to heads of active players and all manner of decorations for your builds to add more customization.
You can also search for specific heads by doing **/hdb search whatever-you-want**
# Use a Chunk Hopper
A chunk hopper (sometimes referred to as a crop hopper) is a block that helps to automate gathering items in specific chunks (do F3 G to see the chunk lines) so that the player does not have to manually gather the drops. Chunks are 16 blocks square. Chunk hoppers should work from bedrock to max build height. However, we have caps on total entities in 1 chunk, so the chunk hopper may not work properly if there are too many things going on in the chunk.
The Mineseed server has 2 different kinds of chunk hoppers. You can purchase a 4-link hopper in /**msm** or a fully upgraded 10-link hopper in /[**store**](https://store.mineseed.org/category/extras) (the store also has chunk hoppers that are not upgraded, and those will upgrade to a 4-link hopper like in msm). They both work the same; the difference is that the 10-link hopper lets you connect the hopper to up to 10 different containers, and the 4-link only lets you connect up to 4. Both link types can suction up to a 4 chunk radius.

For the /**msm** hoppers, you can upgrade them to its maximum statistics with in game money:
* Transfer amount: up to 64 items per tick
* Suction radius: up to 4 chunks
* Links: up to 4 links
* Max distance: up to 200 blocks
What this means:
**Transfer amount**: it will pick up 64 items at a time from the ground (for reference, a normal hopper passes 8 items at a time)
**Suction radius**: 4 chunks (do F3 G to see the links of chunks), so if the chunk you have the hopper in is 1 chunk, then the one right next to it is the 2nd chunk, the 3rd one, and 4th one. in any direction, the chunk that the hopper is in is the 1st chunk of 4. if you are not sure, do F3 G once you have the chunk hopper set up, and drop things in each chunk until it doesn't get picked up.
**Links**: 1 link is basically 1 connection to the hopper. So, 10 links means you can have up to 10 containers connected to the chunk hopper. A container can be a chest, a barrel, a shulker, a hopper, a furnace, anything that can hold blocks is a container.
**Max distanc**e: 10 to 500 blocks is the furthest your link can be from the hopper and still put materials in it. In other words, you can have a chest that is the max distance number of blocks away from your chunk hopper, and your chunk hopper can still put stuff in it--the link does NOT have to be next to or even touch the chunk hopper!
To use a chunk hopper, crouch and place the hopper in the chunk you want to be the center of the suction radius. Left click on the placed hopper to open this menu:
For a maxed out chunk hopper, you will only need the bottom row items. The top row is only necessary if you have an /**msm** chunk hopper and want to upgrade your hopper. * **Purple Glazed Terracotta**: This is what you use to set where your chunk hopper will deposit your items. * **Chest**: This is how you tell the chunk hopper what items to put into each of your links. * **White Block**: Change the radius of your chunk hopper * **Red Block**: When turning this on or off, any items that the chunk hopper picks up that are NOT selected in the Chest menu will be trashed/deleted (/**trash** or /**disposal** โ automatically). * **Nametag**: This is how you can customize the name of your chunk hopper Then: 1. Collect the items that you want to collect and put them in your inventory. 2. Place the chunk hopper and open the menu 3. Left click on the Purple Glazed Terracotta. It will give you red particles around the hopper. Immediately (manually) go to the link (chest/barrel, whatever) that you want to connect it to and left click on that link. You will receive a notice that the items are connected if this is done properly. 4. Go back to the chunk hopper menu (this should automatically open) and click on the chest. If you did it correctly, the link will show up in the menu (like a chest or a barrel or a hopper, etc.) 5. Click on the link (like the chest or whatever shows up in the menu that you connected your chunk hopper to).\  6. Clicking on the chest (or link) will open a Link Filter menu. Click on the items in your inventory so that they show up in the Link Filter menu:\  7. Left click on the hopper at the bottom (next to the oak door) to decide if you want the hopper to NOT pick up the items you selected, or to ONLY pick up the items you selected.\  8. The Oak Door manages strict filtering:\  9. The Green Recycle Bin allows you to copy your filter settings to apply them to another link in your chunk hopper. This is convenient if you are making a crop farm and want to have multiple links that are doing the exact same thing.\  10. Once you have completed your customizations, click the bottom left corner on the red stained glass pane to exit the menu. 11. Repeat this as much as you need/want to based on how many links your chunk hopper can have. 12. Test. 13. Enjoy! # Edit Armor Stands Armor stands are a great way to create and pose an NPC of your very own. This is available to anyone with the Rogue premium rank (temporary or permanent) or with the Panda /**ranks**. First, find yourself an armor stand (you can build one with 6 sticks and 1 smooth stone slab) and place it down.\  Then, put a flint in your active toolbar slot and click anywhere. It will open up the armor editing window:
* *Player Head*: Click this to get a copy of your head (for free!) * *Iron Helmet*: Head Position (rotate the head) * *Water Bucket*: Reset Pose (reset body part position to default) * *Left stick*: Right Arm Position (rotate the right arm) * *Iron Chestplate*: Body Position (rotate the body/torso) * *Right stick*: Left Arm Position (rotate the left arm) * *Left Iron Leggings*: Right Leg Position (rotate the right leg) * *Chest*: Equipment (edit equipment -- add something for your armor stand to hold) * *Right Iron Leggings*: Left Leg Position (rotate the left leg)
* *Nether Star*: Help! Click this to open a help menu in your chat box, which will take you to the [**Armor Stand Plugin Wiki**](https://github.com/RypoFalem/ArmorStandEditor/wiki/Menu-Options). * *Glow Ink Sac*: Toggle Vulnerability (toggles an armor stand's vulnerability state to be invincible) * *Compass*: Rotate (rotate the entire armor stand: the armor stand will rotate clockwise) * *Rail*: Placement (move the entire armorstand) * *Dirt Block*: Make coarse adjustments (make larger movements per mouse click) * *Sandstone Block*: Make fine adjustments (make minor movements per mouse click) * ๐ซ: Disable Slots (enable and disable equipment lock)
* *Stick*: Show Arms (turns arms on and off) * *Pink Potion Bottle*: Visibility (make your armor stand visible or invisible--many people use the armor stand invisible to imitate floating text) * *Pufferfish*: Size (keep your armor stand at normal size or shrink it to baby villager size) * *Stone Slab*: Base Plate (turn smooth stone baseplate on or off) * *Totem of Undying*: Toggle Vulnerability (toggles an armor stand's vulnerability state to be invincible) * *Sand Block*: Gravity (turn gravity on or off to have your armor stand go through floors, ceilings, or walls, or float in midair) **Customizing Your Armor Stand** 1. Hold the editing tool (piece of flint) in your main hand. 2. Left or right click away from an armor stand to open menu. 3. Select the labeled menu options. 4. Left click the armor stand with the edit tool in hand to apply those options. 5. Right click instead of edit in reverse! **Tips** 1. Press the "Swap Item in Hands" key (default F) while holding the edit tool to target a specific armor stand, if other armor stands are in the way. 2. You can apply Nametags to armor stands. On the right side of your screen, there is something called the Scoreboard. It says **MINESEED** in a red gradient at the top. This is a quick way to see your in-game stats.
The first line tells you how much in-game money you have. You can see your exact balance by doing /**balance** or /**bal**. You can also set your scoreboard to **/scoreboard2** to see your exact balance.
The next line is [Souls](/mineseed/souls-and-the-soul-shop). Souls are the currency for the /**soul shop**, which rotates every 8 hours to provide different options to purchase special items. You can grind for souls at the mob farms on the server. Feel free to ask for some public warps in the Mineseed chat, and someone will direct you!
The next part of the YOU section is related to your Land. The first line tells you what [world](/mineseed/about-the-worlds) you are in.
Blocks tells you how many blocks you have to [claim land](/mineseed/claiming-land). You cannot create claims without blocks.
The last line is the [Resource World](/mineseed/about-the-worlds) and Nether countdown. The Resource World is an overworld that has been created for our players to get stuff they may need for their builds or storage. It resets every week, so there is no shortage of stuff to collect. To visit it, do /**rw tp**. To visit the Nether, do **/rw tp nether** or go through a nether portal. You cannot claim land in the nether (or end).
To hide the scoreboard, use **/toggle**.
# Being Social
/msg | /message
Our players love to chat! Just remember, we're an American-based server, so we stick to English in main chat. but you can do any language in **/msg**!
To directly message a player, do /**msg** or /**message**.
If someone is bothering you, you can ignore them by typing **/ignore playername**, which will not allow you to receive direct messages (through /msg) from them. You can always unignore them with **/ignore playername** โ this works like a toggle โ the same command turns them on and off.

If you are not sure who you have ignored, but want to unignore someone, the best way to do this is to **/ignoreall** and then **/ignoreall**. This will remove anyone who has been previously ignored.

Say hi to new players with /**welcome** -- this will also give you $100 and 10 claim blocks each time and makes the player feel nice!
Say hi again to players returning back with /**wb** -- this will give $50 and 5 claim blocks each time.
Scared of getting killed in the night? The server is set to hard mode, so mobs do take away a lot of hearts when you're first starting out. Try /**sleep** to skip over the night or go to a safe location, like /**spawn**.
# Teams
/team
Teams are a fun way to join and play with other players on the server!

No, CropEXP levels are different than MCMMO โ you will simultaneously earn MCMMO levels while farming and leveling your CropEXP. Once you max out both, you will be able to gain rewards from the top levels of both!What about replanting tools?
Don't worry, your replanting hoes will continue to work the way they always have. You will still get credit for manually farming crops upon sale as if you had farmed them with a normal hoe.I farmed a lot of carrots, but then the crop market reset and now they aren't worth that much. This is part of how the dynamic pricing works! You can choose to wait to sell your carrots until the next market reset to see if you get better pricing for your carrots, or you can take a loss by selling them now. When you sell your crops is up to you, so waiting until they are at a high price is smart, even if you are farming the crops when they aren't worth very much.The Official Pricing Guide still sells crops for the same prices even though we can't sell them for that much at first.
You're right, the crop prices, even at their best are not very high, but this is a marathon not a race. As you level up, the crop prices will rise and be worth more than the pricing guide prices. The pricing guide prices will remain constant so shop owners do not have to change their signs every 6 hours depending on the market. Regardless of the market, crops sold in sign shops at warps will stay the same.Can I still craft wheat and beetroot from the seeds to sell?
Yes, wheat and beetroot will still be craftable. However, they will always sell as trash-level crops, even if you are higher than a Level 1 farmer.
Clears all owned blocks for the Smither and Brewer jobs
Sometimes it might tell you if you place a furnace, smoker, blast furnace, or brewer that you reached your max count; this clears that, so you will need to place the item again to get paid for that job.

You can get to /warps in a few other ways:
* In the chat window, type /warp name-of-warp (it has autofill, so feel free to use that to help you find a warp as well!)
* Click a sign that says **\[****Warp****]** with the warp name under it
In the chat window, you will be directed to write the name of your warp in chat. Just type the name of your warp. You do not need any commands. It will not send it as a message to everyone. **Just type the name of your warp into the chat window**.
Once you do this, you will be prompted to confirm warp creation (and get charged $25K). Clicking the green button will send you a notification in chat:
You can then return to the /**warps** red bed window. Your warp will now appear in one of the blocks above the crafting table. Hover over the warp to confirm the name, and click on it to manage the warp settings.
* **ender pearl**: teleport to your warp location
* **red/lime shulker box**: *publicity setting*: clicking on this will make your warp public so anyone can visit, or private so only allowed players can visit it. If your warp is public, the shulker box will be lime green
* **paper**: *warp sharing*: this will allow you to share your warp with specific players. This is really only useful if your warp publicity setting is set to private (**red shulker box**)
* **nametag**: *warp renaming*: this will let you change the name of your warp. You can do this by writing the new name for your warp in the chat. You may need to leave the gui window to get to the chat window. If successful, the chat window will show you a confirmation message
* **eye of ender**: *warp relocate*: this will let you move where your warp takes players. It is great if you are trying to move your warp location to a completely different place
* **enchanting table**: *warp type*: this will let you set the type of warp. This is really useful if your warp is public. The options are:

# Pyrofishing Fish at /warp dock | /fishing Pyrofishing is a really fun fishing plugin that adds perks and power ups to normal minecraft fishing! The basics are that you fish to catch fish like normal. As you fish, you catch special fish in addition to the typical minecraft fish that you can then use to earn entropy (fishing currency) that you can use to combine with items to get fishing power ups called augments (kind of like enchants) to make your fishing rod better. # MineSeed Storage /storage | /kit storage Tired of sorting all your items by hand? MineSeed Storage can do the sorting for you! There are two main features: * [**Automatic Storage Systems**](/mineseed/mineseed-storage/automated-storage-systems) take items from one input chest and sort them into other linked chests. * [**Mega Chests**](/mineseed/mineseed-storage/storage-chests) have 10 pages and 450 storage slots. {% hint style="info" %} Want an in-game reminder? Use **/kit storage** to get a storage guidebook. {% endhint %} ### The Basics 1. Put sample items into the chests you want to use as **filter chests**. 2. Leave a chest or barrel empty if you want it to be an **overflow chest**. 3. Place the chest that will be your **input chest**. 4. Use **/storage add name**. For example: **/storage add WoodRoom**. 5. Right-click the input chest, then right-click every chest you want to link. 6. Use **/storage done**. That's it! Now: * Items that match a filter will go to the correct filter chest. * Items with no filter, or whose filter chest is full, can go to an overflow chest. * If no linked chest can take an item, it will stay safely in the input chest. {% hint style="warning" %} The system remembers every item inside a filter chest when you link it. To change a filter, unlink the chest first. Your items will not be deleted. | # Automatic Storage Systems /storage add name | /storage edit | /storage done An Automatic Storage System sorts your items for you! Put unsorted items into one **input chest**, and the system will move them into your **linked chests**. Every system has: * **One input chest:** This is where you put all your unsorted items. * **Up to 100 linked chests:** This is where the sorted items will go. Items only move from the input chest to the linked chests. They do not move back to the input or between linked chests. You can use normal chests, trapped chests, double chests, barrels, and [Mega Chests](/mineseed/mineseed-storage/storage-chests). A double chest counts as one linked chest. In this guide, the word โchestโ can mean any of these. All the chests must be in the same world and within 500 blocks of the input. One chest cannot belong to two storage systems at the same time. ### Chest Filters The system only sends the items you choose to a **filter chest**. Before you link it, put one sample of every item you want it to accept inside. For example, a chest with one oak log inside will collect oak logs. You can put several different sample items in the same chest. The samples will not be removed when you link the chest. One of each item is enough. {% hint style="warning" %} Items must match the filter exactly. A named, enchanted, or damaged item counts as a different item from the normal version. {% endhint %} ### Overflow Chests Don't want a filter? Leave a chest or barrel completely empty before you link it. It will become an **overflow chest**. Overflow chests collect items that do not match a filter. They can also collect items when the correct filter chests are full. {% hint style="info" %} A filter or overflow setting does not change by itself. To change it, unlink the chest and remove anything you do not want included. Then arrange the new sample items and link it again. {% endhint %} ### Create Your Storage System 1. Set up your storage room. Put sample items in your filter chests and leave your overflow chests empty. 2. Place the chest that will be your input chest. 3. Use **/storage add name**. For example: **/storage add WoodRoom**. 4. Right-click the input chest. 5. Right-click every chest you want to link. Right-click a chest again if you linked it by mistake. 6. Use **/storage done**. Storage system names can use 1โ32 letters, numbers, underscores, or hyphens. They cannot have spaces. While you are editing, nearby linked chests will light up for you. The input chest has a different marker. {% hint style="info" %} A chest may quickly open and close when you select it. This is normal! {% endhint %} ### What Happens to Your Items? When you put items into the input chest, the system will: 1. Try the filter chests that match the item. 2. Try the overflow chests if there is no match or the matching chests are full. 3. Leave the item safely in the input chest if nowhere else has room. If the correct filter chest cannot be used right now, the item will wait safely in the input chest. #### Example Chest A is your input. Chest B had one spruce log inside when you linked it. Barrel C was empty when you linked it. * Spruce logs go from Chest A to Chest B. * Other items go from Chest A to Barrel C. * If both are full, the items stay in Chest A. #### Link Order Matters Matching filter chests fill in the order you linked them. Overflow chests are tried afterward, also in link order. For example, if two filter chests accept cobblestone, the one you linked first will fill first. ### The Storage Menu Use **/storage** to open your MineSeed Storage menu. Your player head shows how many systems you have and how many your rank allows. Click **Your Storage Systems** to see your systems. In this menu: * **Left-click** a system to teleport to its input chest. * **Right-click** a system to edit it. * Press your **drop key** (**Q** by default) to open the delete screen. ### How Many Systems Can I Make? Your [premium rank](/mineseed/store/premium-ranks) decides how many storage systems you can own: | Rank | Storage systems | | ------------------------- | --------------: | | Default (no premium rank) | 1 | | Mage | 5 | | Rogue | 10 | | Druid | 15 | | Sorcerer | 20 | | Warlock | 25 | | Dragon | 30 | ### Add, Remove, or Change Linked Chests To add or remove a linked chest: 1. Stand within 6 blocks and look at the input or a linked chest. 2. Use **/storage edit**. * You can also use **/storage edit name** from anywhere. 3. Right-click a new chest to add it, or right-click a linked chest to remove it. 4. Use **/storage done**. To change a filter: 1. Start editing with **/storage edit**. 2. Right-click the filter chest to unlink it. 3. Remove any items you do not want added to the filter. 4. Put one sample of every item you want it to accept inside. 5. Right-click it again to link it. 6. Use **/storage done**. {% hint style="warning" %} Every link or unlink is saved right away. **/storage cancel** will not undo those changes. Edit mode will close if you do nothing for 5 minutes. {% endhint %} ### Delete a System (Your Items Stay Safe) Deleting a system only removes its links. It does **not** delete the items inside your chests. You can press your drop key in the **/storage** menu and confirm the deletion. You can also use commands: 1. Look at the input chest and use **/storage delete**. 2. Use **/storage delete confirm** within 30 seconds. If the input chest is missing, use **/storage list** to find the system's name. Then use **/storage delete name** and **/storage delete confirm**. ### Move a Linked Chest Linked chests are protected from being broken. * **Linked chest:** Use **/storage edit** and right-click it to unlink it before moving it. * **Input chest:** Delete the storage system before moving it. * **Double chest:** Both sides are protected while it is linked. You can still open linked chests and use the items inside them. If you want a different input chest, delete the system and make it again with the new input. ### If Items Are Not Moving Check these common problems: * The item is not exactly the same as the filter sample. * There is no matching filter chest or overflow chest. * The chests are full. * The correct linked chest cannot be used right now. * You do not have permission to use the chest or the claim it is in. ### If a Chest Will Not Link * The chest may already belong to another storage system. * It may be in another world or more than 500 blocks away. * Your edit mode may have ended. * You may not have permission to use the chest or the claim it is in. Still stuck? Look at the chest and use **/storage info**, or ask a staff member for help! ### Chest Shops A linked [Chest Shop](/mineseed/economy/chest-sign-shop) can receive items that match its current stock or the products shown on its signs. You must be allowed to use every shop connected to that chest. A Chest Shop cannot be an overflow chest, even when it is empty. A Mega Chest can be linked to a storage system, but it cannot be used as a Chest Shop. # Mega Chests 10 pages | 450 slots | /msm A **Mega Chest** gives you **450 storage slots in one chest**! It has 10 pages, with 45 slots on each page. Mega Chests are great for overflow storage, large collections, or even the input chest for an [Automatic Storage System](/mineseed/mineseed-storage/automated-storage-systems). ### How to Get a Mega Chest You can buy one Mega Chest from the [Mineseed Money Shop](/mineseed/economy/mineseed-money-shop) with **/msm**. Larger packs are available in the [online store](https://store.mineseed.org/category/extras%2Cextras-only). ### How to Use a Mega Chest 1. Place the Mega Chest somewhere you are allowed to build. 2. Right-click it to open page 1. 3. Click the **Previous Page** or **Next Page** arrow to change pages. The bottom row holds the page buttons, so you cannot store items there. * Shift-click an item from your inventory to store it. The Mega Chest will look for space on all 10 pages. * Chest sorting only sorts the page you are looking at. * Normal hoppers can put items in or take items out. ### Make It Look Like a Double Chest You can make a Mega Chest look like a double chest. This only changes how it looksโit does **not** give you more storage space. 1. Place the Mega Chest. 2. While **not sneaking**, place a normal chest that has not been renamed directly beside it. Both sides will open the same Mega Chest. Hoppers can also use either side. * Sneak while placing the normal chest if you want it to stay separate. * Two Mega Chests placed next to each other will always stay separate. ### Use It in an Automatic Storage System A Mega Chest can be the input chest or one of the linked chests. The system will use all 10 pages as one big chest. {% hint style="warning" %} A Mega Chest can be linked to an Automatic Storage System. However, it cannot be used as a Chest Shop. {% endhint %} ### Pick Up or Move a Mega Chest 1. Remove every item from all 10 pages. 2. Remove any storage system or Chunk Hopper link: * If it is a linked chest, use **/storage edit** and right-click it. * If it is the input chest, delete the storage system first. * If a Chunk Hopper is linked, start unlink mode and right-click the Mega Chest. 3. Make room in your inventory for the Mega Chest. If it looks like a double chest, you also need room for one normal chest. 4. Break the **Mega Chest side**. {% hint style="warning" %} Do not break the normal chest side of a double-looking Mega Chest. Always empty every page and break the **Mega Chest side**. {% endhint %} ### Link a Chunk Hopper Mega Chests work a little differently from normal [Chunk Hopper](/mineseed/faq/use-a-chunk-hopper) links. Start the hopper's link mode, then **right-click** the Mega Chest. To remove the link, start unlink mode and right-click the Mega Chest again. A Chunk Hopper linked to a Mega Chest cannot also link to other chests. Only one Chunk Hopper can link to each Mega Chest, and both must be in the same world. If the Mega Chest is full, the items will stay safely in the hopper. # Pets /pet help | /pets Help yourself to a pet in the game! Pets in the game can help you in your journey on the server. To see what pets you have available to you, do **/pets** to open the menu:
